The Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license makes all articles published in the International Journal of Politics and International Relations (IJPIR) openly accessible.

This means that all published articles are freely available for anyone to read, download, and share immediately upon publication, without any cost or embargo period. Consistent with the foundational principles of open access as outlined by the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), IJPIR defines its open access policy as follows:
