About the Journal

The International Journal of Politics and International Relations (IJPIR) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal committed to advancing rigorous research and critical analysis in the fields of political science, international relations, and global governance. The journal serves as an intellectual forum for academics, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to explore the complexities of political systems, institutions, and interactions on both domestic and international levels.

IJPIR publishes high-quality original research articles, theoretical contributions, policy analyses, and case studies that examine a broad spectrum of political phenomena. Its scope includes studies of political theory, comparative politics, international diplomacy, security, international organisations, conflict resolution, human rights, globalisation, and transnational challenges. The journal currently publishes four issues per year, in January, April, July, and October, exclusively online.

The journal particularly welcomes ideas that connect political science with economics, sociology, law, and cultural studies, helping to create a comprehensive understanding of global political issues. By promoting scholarly dialogue across diverse viewpoints and regional contexts, IJPIR aims to contribute to more informed decision-making, enhance academic discourse, and address pressing issues affecting societies worldwide.
